Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If for any reason you don’t, we’ve made returns simple.

Our Promise
You have 60 days from the delivery date to return most items. Yes, you read that right — 60 days. That gives you plenty of time to decide if it’s right for your space.

What Can Be Returned

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags (if any).

  • We cannot accept returns on custom‑made products, final sale items, or certain personal care items (like opened mattress toppers).

  • If you’re unsure, just ask — we’re happy to help.

How to Return

  1. Email us at [email address] with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

  2. We’ll send you a prepaid return label (we cover return shipping for US orders).

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at the carrier location indicated.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue a refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will go back to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation when it’s processed.

Damaged or Wrong Item?
Oh no — if something arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement immediately or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. No need to send the damaged item back unless we ask.

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order. That way you get the new item sooner, and we process the refund separately.
